My wife Marlhori passed way 27th May 2024
My beloved wife Marlhori passed away yesterday.
She could easily die from a small wound due to inflammation.
She put it away. It was so hard for her to do anything to help.
It's a sad fact. She was my partner for 40 years.
I sincerely pray for her soul.

このメールフォームはXsrverに付属のCGIを使ったメールフォームです。日本語ですが無理に英文を貼ってあります。役目としてはこれで十分と思います。
細かく設定したのですが返って汚くなりましたのでひとまずこれでストップしてあります。ワードプレスにもコメントとして残すことも出来ますがサイト製作のプロではないし
煩雑にしたくはないためにこれで良いと思います。少しずつ修正していくつもりです。他社のCGIメールのスクリプトは削除しました。
いろいろメールフォームを試しましたが権限でエラーが発生する為にこれ以上は求めていません。要はお客様からメールのやり取りが出来ればこれで十分です。共有サーバーには限度がある。
フォームが英文と日本語 ２つあれば良いのですがサーバーの構成上 ２個用意出来ませんその為に一つのメールフォームで兼用しています。一度使えば慣れると思います。
私のお客様の層は主に外国ですので英語のみでも構いませんが時々日本人がアクセスする為に変則的なメールフォームになっています。
他社のサーバーのCGIメールは外国のアプリケーションですし使い勝手は同様です。CGIの内部のスクリプトが変更出来ませんのでこれで良いと思います。
これ以上改善は出来ませんが私の用途には十分です。外国のお客様が使ってくれれば良いです。安全なメールアドレスを表示しない手法とては良いと思います。
Xserver が用意してある CGI メールフォームは素人が設計したであろうと思います。全然 普通に動作することを考えに入れてないで発表しているのです。
いい加減です。やることがいい加減です。大阪商人のサーバーです。完璧性を求めていないのです。機会があったらGMOに引っ越します。つまり元に戻るのですが現状では無理です。
そのGMOも管理が大変いい加減です。下請け会社でホスティングしているのでしょう。日本のレンタルサーバーはバックのNTTが居座っているので最悪です。
Xserverで用意されたフォームのスクリプトはいい加減です。動作しません、firefoxで動作しませんメールフォームが消えてしまいます。Chrome を使えば問題がないですが、
Fierfoxで使えません、よってその他のサイトから持ってきたスクリプトを使いました。Wrapper はアイデアは良いと想いますが動作しないのです。何にも因数なしのURLが動作しました。
Xserverは机上の空論で実際は何もテストしていないのが解ってしまいます。凝ったフォームを取り付けると権限が得られずエラーになります。多くのサイトはJaveを使っています。
どうも内容を見るとどうも警察庁や県庁などもXserverを使っているのがわかりました。それらのサーバーのスクリプトを参考にしました。ちなみにNTTのサーバーを使っています。
案外このページも警察のページも同じサーバーを使っている可能性があります。あちらはプロのプログラマーが開発したのでしょうきっちり出来ています。素晴らしい。
This email form uses the CGI included with Xsrver. It's in Japanese, but I've forced some English text onto it. I think it serves its purpose well.

I've tried various email forms, but I'm getting permission errors, so I don't want anything more. Basically, as long as I can exchange emails with customers, this is enough. Shared servers have their limits.
I would like to have two forms, one in English and one in Japanese, but the server configuration doesn't allow for two. Therefore, I use one email form for both. I think you'll get used to it once you use it.
My customers are mainly from overseas, so English-only is fine, but I use an unconventional email form because Japanese people sometimes access it.
The CGI mail on other companies' servers is a foreign application, so it's just as user-friendly. Since the internal CGI scripts can't be changed, I think it's fine as is.
It can't be improved any further, but it's good enough for my purposes. I'd be happy if foreign customers use it. I think it's a good method of not displaying secure email addresses.

It's sloppy. They're doing things sloppily. It's an Osaka merchant's server. They don't expect perfection. If I have the chance, I'll move to GMO. In other words, I'll go back to the way things were.
GMO's management is also very sloppy. I think they're hosting it with a subcontractor. Japanese hosting servers are the worst because they're backed by NTT.
